LoveCall Privacy Policy

LoveCall ("we," "us," "our") provides a paid service that lets a customer ("Sender") schedule a personalized phone call and companion text message to a recipient of their choosing, as a modern alternative to sending a greeting card by mail. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

To use LoveCall, the Sender must create an account, since this is a paid service. When creating an account and placing each call, we collect:

• Sender's name
• Recipient's name
• The telephone number the call and SMS will be delivered to
• The message content (text/script) used to generate the call
• Occasion details provided by the Sender (e.g., birthday, anniversary)

This information is provided fresh for every call. LoveCall does not retain or store the recipient's name, phone number, or message content after the call and SMS have been delivered. Each time a Sender places a new call, this information must be entered again.

2. Payment Information

LoveCall is a paid service. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or have access to credit card numbers or other payment card details. All payment card handling occurs directly with our payment processor under their own security and privacy practices.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected for a call is used solely to:

• Place the outbound phone call to the recipient
• Deliver the companion SMS notification to the recipient
• Personalize the call and message content (including the sender's and recipient's names)

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, collect for resale, or share personal information with third parties, except:

• Floristone.com — if the Sender chooses the optional add-on to also send flowers to the recipient, the recipient's name and delivery details are shared with Floristone.com solely to fulfill that optional flower order. This only happens if the Sender actively selects that option.

No other third parties receive Sender or recipient information.

5. Data Retention

• Account information (Sender's login/account details) is retained for as long as the account is active, to support the paid-service relationship.
• Per-call information (recipient name, phone number, message content) is not saved after the call/SMS is delivered.
• Payment card data is never stored by LoveCall.

6. SMS Communications

Recipients receive a one-time SMS notification per call, letting them know an incoming call with a personalized message is on its way. Every SMS includes opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to opt out"). See our Terms of Service for details on consent and opt-in.

7. Children's Privacy

LoveCall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of LoveCall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
